Music Unites – The International Krzysztof Penderecki Society e.V. supports and promotes the life achievements of the composer and conductor Krzysztof Penderecki in all its facets and multifaceted projects. In times of shrinking public budgets worldwide and reduced funding potential, Music Unites also wants to set standards and accents in the sense of a musical life characterized by exchange and humanistic ideals. The focus should be on promoting highly talented young musicians, teaching, research and encounters between internationally renowned lecturers and students. The projects are focused on the composer’s heritage in in Lusławice, the country house from the 18th century, the arboretum of the composer, and the neighbouring Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music. In Lusławice, nature and music form a natural unit.

The tasks and initiatives of Music Unites include:
– Preservation and promotion of Krzysztof Penderecki’s works
– Promotion of highly talented international young musicians
– Support for the Academy (European Krzysztof Penderecki Music Centre) and all Academy projects (concerts, master classes, library, research, lecturers, and more)
